Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using swoonbeautyatx.com or booking any services with Swoon Beauty ATX. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Swoon Beauty ATX provides mobile hair and makeup services in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. All services are performed on-location at the client’s specified address. Swoon Beauty reserves the right to decline or discontinue a booking at any time at our discretion.

2. Bookings and Deposits

All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or written confirmation from Swoon Beauty ATX. Deposits are non-refundable unless Swoon Beauty ATX cancels the appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy below.
Please note that bookings made within 48 hours of the appointment start time, including same-day bookings, are subject to this policy in full.

3. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We understand that life happens — but as a mobile service team working on commission, our time and our artists’ time is valuable. The following policy is in effect regardless of circumstance:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment start time will be charged 50% of all booked services.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time may result in a canceled appointment. In this case, 50% of all booked services plus any applicable travel fees will be charged.
• No-calls and no-shows will be charged 100% of all booked services.

This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to illness, weather, traffic, or personal emergencies. This is not a reflection of our care for our clients — we love you and we love our team. Enforcing this policy allows us to continue showing up for everyone.

4. Health, Safety & Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to their appointment.
• Swoon Beauty ATX reserves the right to decline to perform services if a client presents with a condition that may pose a health or safety risk.
• All tools and products used by Swoon Beauty ATX are sanitized and maintained to professional standards.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their hair is clean and their service space is hygienic and ready upon the artist’s arrival.
• A table and a chair must be available at the service location. Failure to provide adequate space may result in a canceled appointment subject to the cancellation policy.
• Children must be supervised by another adult for the duration of the appointment. Swoon Beauty ATX is not responsible for any injury to or accident involving a child caused by contact with our tools, equipment, or products.

5. Allergies and Sensitivities

While we take care to use high-quality professional products, Swoon Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during the service. Clients with known sensitivities are encouraged to inform us in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

6. Right to Photograph

Swoon Beauty may photograph completed work for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us prior to your appointment. We will always respect your preference.

7. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Pricing for events, corporate bookings, and multi-person appointments will be quoted on an individual basis. A confirmed quote is binding for the scope of work agreed upon.

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through our designated payment platforms. Swoon Beauty does not process payments directly through this website.

9. Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be subject to a $50 late fee. If the delay significantly impacts the appointment, it may be canceled at the artist’s discretion and 50% of all booked services plus any applicable travel fees will be charged.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swoon Beauty ATX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on swoonbeautyatx.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Swoon Beauty ATX and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
